This notice explains how The Tribe Maker, LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Valorem.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), date of birth, phone number, and shipping address.
• Activity on the site: coin balances and ledger entries, game rounds, seat reservations, free-entry requests, orders, and drawing results.
• Payment details are collected by our payment processor. We receive the result and the last digits of the card, not the full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, used to run and secure the site.
• Whether you opted in to text messages. That box is optional and starts unchecked.

How we use it

• To run your account, keep the coin ledger, settle games, and hold and confirm seats.
• To check age and eligibility, apply free-entry limits, and prevent fraud and duplicate accounts.
• To ship goods and prizes and to contact winners.
• To send service messages, and marketing texts only if you opted in. Reply STOP to end texts at any time.
• To meet legal, tax, and sweepstakes record-keeping duties.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that host the site, process payments, send email and texts, run live webinars, and ship orders, only as needed to do that work. We may publish or provide a winner's name and city and state as the Sweepstakes rules and the law require. We disclose information when the law requires it or to protect players and the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in, hold your cart and seats, and protect forms. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

Keeping and protecting it

We keep account and ledger records while your account is open and as long as needed afterwards for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you think your account was misused.

Your choices

You can see and update your details on your account page. You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state law, and we will honor them. We may keep records we must keep by law.

Children

The site is not for anyone under the minimum age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will post any change here and update the date above. A material change will also be announced on the site or by email.
