Responsible play
Play should stay a pastime. Set limits before you start, and stop when it stops being fun.
Know the coins
Valorem is for entertainment and has no cash value. Ips are never sold, and you never need to buy anything to enter a drawing. Free entry is always available.
Keep it in check
- Decide how much time and money you will spend before you play, and stick to it.
- Never spend money you need for bills, rent, or family.
- Do not chase results. Every round and drawing is independent.
- Take breaks, and do not play when you are upset, tired, or have been drinking.
Warning signs
Spending more than you planned, hiding play from people close to you, borrowing to buy coins, or feeling anxious when you are not playing are signs to stop and get help.
Take a break or close your account
Email [email protected] to ask for a cooling-off period, a self-exclusion of six months or more, or to close your account. We act on these requests within one business day and will not send you marketing while they are in place.
Get help
If play is no longer fun, talk with someone you trust. In the United States, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER, available 24 hours a day. In Texas you can also reach the Texas Council on Problem and Compulsive Gambling.
Age
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Valorem. We check age at registration and may ask for proof.
