Sweepstakes rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The sweepstakes is sponsored by The Tribe Maker, LLC, 117 Lilypad Bend, Argyle, TX 76226 ("Sponsor"). Questions go to [email protected].

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older, and at least the age of majority in their state, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and members of their households are not eligible. One account per person. Entries from anyone not eligible, or from a second account, are void.

3. The two coins

Valorem is a game coin for entertainment play only. It has no cash value and cannot be used to enter a drawing or win a prize. Ips are sweepstakes entries. Ips are never sold. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

4. How to get Ips

• Free entry, no purchase. A signed-in player can request free Ips on the free entry page. Each request grants 1 Ips, up to 1 request a day and 1 request per account.
• Free entry by mail. Hand-print your name, email on your account, and mailing address on a card and mail it in an envelope with first-class postage to 117 Lilypad Bend, Argyle TX 76226. One request per envelope. Mailed requests count toward the same limits and grant the same amount as web requests.
• With a Valorem pack or shop order. Some Valorem packs and shop orders include free Ips as a bonus. The amount is shown before you pay.

5. All Ips are the same

Every Ips works the same way however it was received: free entry, mail-in, a Valorem pack bonus, a shop bonus, a refund, or a balance correction. No Ips has better odds, a different value, or a different redemption path than any other.

6. How to enter a drawing

Each webinar has a featured item and a fixed number of numbered seats. Each seat is one entry in that webinar's drawing. Choose open seats to hold them, then confirm. Confirming uses the seat price in Ipsshown on the webinar page. Held seats that are not confirmed are released. Reservations close when the webinar starts or when every seat is confirmed. If a webinar is cancelled, the Ips used for its seats are returned.

7. Drawings and odds

One winning seat is selected at random from all confirmed seats for that webinar, live during the webinar or right after it. The odds of winning depend on the number of confirmed seats: a player holding N confirmed seats out of T confirmed seats has an N in T chance. The number of seats left is shown on each webinar page.

8. Prizes

The prize for each drawing is the featured item shown on that webinar's page, with its approximate retail value. Prizes are awarded as described. No cash or substitute is given except that Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value if the item is unavailable. Ips themselves are never redeemed for cash. They are used only to confirm seats and to mark down shop totals as shown at checkout.

9. Winners

The winner is notified by the email and phone on the account within two business days and must reply within seven days. Sponsor may ask the winner to confirm identity, age, and eligibility and to sign an affidavit and release where the law allows. If a winner cannot be reached, does not reply, or is not eligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate seat is drawn. Prizes ship to the winner's address in the United States. The winner is responsible for any taxes, and Sponsor will issue tax forms where required.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may void entries obtained through bots, scripts, multiple accounts, false details, or tampering, and may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules or the Terms. If a technical failure affects a drawing, Sponsor may redraw from the confirmed seats recorded before the failure. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for network or device failures.

11. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas.
